I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with building your confidence and maintaining a strong mind and body. I want to be a resource for those who don’t know where to start, don’t know what to do and don’t know how to ask. I can help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs, and guide you through every exercise and every workout. My personal approach to fitness and health will have you conquering the world!

Jumpstart Your Health

I provide professional, certified fitness programs designed to help you reach and maintain your health and fitness goals. I focus on clients who want to build a fitness foundation, lose weight, trim and tone, especially those moms who want to get back into shape. I offer both private training and online training for both, I work with each client to custom design an exercise plan that reflects his or her short and long-term goals. Check out my offerings and choose whichever one best suit your ambitions and lifestyle!

PARTNER TRAINING

Best Friends, Mom/Daughter, Dad/Son the combinations are endless which makes this the perfect choice for any dynamic duo! Trying to get some laughs in while you are getting stronger? With partner training you get a 50 minute session that is customized to you and your partners goals. Comes in single sessions or packages.

CUSTOMIZED TRAINING - ONLINE

Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, trim and tone, get your pre-baby body back, or just build a foundation - this is for you. This will help improve your fitness, achieve your goals and have you feeling stronger. With a one on one consultation we will figure out what your goals are and customize a workout accordingly. Program lengths vary from  2, 3 or 4 times a week, in monthly increments.

1 MONTH BODY CHALLENGE

Are you new to the fitness world and ready to build your fitness base? Health and fitness is as much about what your body looks like on the outside, as it is about how it functions on the inside. This workout is based on improving your mobility, getting you sweating along with getting you used to the gym atmosphere. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY WORKOUTS?

  • 1 Month Body challenge/10x10/Predesigned are set workouts that can be emailed and downloaded once payment is received.

  • Customized Programs/Post Baby Workout/ are developed after we have a one on one conversation, via facetime/ skype/messenger! I want to know what your goals are, why they're your goals and how you plan on being successful in your fitness journey! After payment is received a program will be developed (usually 2-3 business days) and sent via email.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

I do both! Online clients, I will give you the tools to be successful without having to meet face to face for each session. I want to help you through your fitness journey but I also want you to feel confident to be on your own in the gym! If you are ever unsure about something on a workout, I will either send you a personal explanation/video/link depending on what you find to be more useful! For my Personal training clients, we meet up weekly and you will get homework both lifestyle oriented and workout oriented!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

As far as "diet" plans go, we work together to establish a regimen that fits your lifestyle and one that you are willing to stick to. No two plans are the same but we find a way to establish small changes through out the day to ultimately make it a lifestyle change.
